No. Everything we sell is an ordinary food product — dried fruits, roots, mushrooms, grains, tea blends and soup packs. Our descriptions cover nutrition and traditional food use; they are not medical advice and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
How much is shipping and when do I get free shipping? +
Standard worldwide shipping is a flat $5.90. Orders over $50 ship free.
How long does delivery take? +
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and international transit typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on customs and your local postal service.
Can I return food products? +
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within 30 days. Damaged or incorrectly sent items are replaced or refunded within 7 days of delivery — just email us a photo.
